ULTRAWAVE cleans SAFE and SEAL components quick an easy.
By using Stainless Steel from V4A for manufacturing the cleaning
equipment, an extended serviceable life an ease of handling
can be guaranteed.

Well arranged operator panels allow easily reproducible
cleaning results.

The wide range wave-system creates intensives
sonic waves which separate ink easily from the
product´s surface.

Heavily streams and whirls in the cleaning agent
help to remove extracted ink-particles

This sonicwave system creates continuos power outlet of 2 x 600 W at a sonic frequency
of 35 kHz. An integrated level control avoids heat damages and no-load operation.

If necessary, the cleaning agent can be heated up in a few minutes from
20°C up to 85°C.

The used cleaning agents can be water - or solvent based (class AIII)
One and two-component inks will be cleaned !!!
