“the” ultimate solution
for 3-colour pad-printing

There was - up to now - no really cost saving
solution in 3 colour printing onto large parts.

For Multi-Colour machines, adapted with
feeding systems like linear-index-conveyors,
RONDO, CARREE and similar equipment,
the limits in feeding-pallet size and the
distance from center point to center point
between the different colours, caused too
much problems.

Our “TRIFLEX” solution, the universal
3-colour printing system allows to print
onto large parts with a maximum
printing-size Ř 160 mm diameter and
to being adapted to only “one” single jig.


With this flexible system, modules for
COLORSAFE and COLORSEAL-System
are applicable. Even the already known
clichee sizes of open ink well systems,
e.g. TF-E machines,
can be used in the COLORSAFE modules.

The printing Modules can be combined
in various sizes and printing diameters
up to 160 mm.

A pad cleaning system can be
integrated optionally.
