The TAMPOflex cup - system COLORSEAL can be converted easily
into a COLORSAFE machine and chaned back vice versa.

This allows to use the most versatile and optimal printing technique.
To print large printing areas like ų 200 mm, is no problem by our
COLORSEAL. In the COLORSEAL-System, plastic printing plates can be used.

The TAMPOflex ink cup with its patented system, that allows
not only to change the ink cup without any special tooling,
which makes this easy, simple and safe - but also the sealing
of the doctor ring is well-balanced and safe, because it is
hold down by magnets, which are close to the doctor area and
surrounds, all allong the doctor ring.

The ink reservoir can be taken off the system after use, and kept
in stock, closed with a separate lid. This allows to use the
remaining ink for another job, without cleaning the ink reservoir.

The magnetic ring now it slided from the
printing plate and can be cleaned easily, as
there are no parts which hinder that operation.
This reduces the changeover times frome one
to another ink in only a few minutes.
As the holder for the printing plate can be
inserted immediately.

Because there ist no ink around the ink cup,
the rest of ink on the steel plate, can be
cleaned simply.
A new steel plate can be placed in the holder.

For the changeover of the cpl.
ink-cup unit, the fixing fork is lifted
by air cylinder, the printing plate and
the ink cup is moved to an extensible
position, where the cpl. unit can be
taken out of the machine very easily.

The printing plate holder will be turned around together with the ink cup,
while the magnetic power holds down the doctor ring and avoids penetration
of the ink itself. A new printing plate and another ink-cup unit, can be added
instead immediately. This reduces the change over times once again.

As soon as the printing plate with ist holder and the ink cup unit ist adapted
to the machine, the fixing forks are moved in position and the system
is ready to use.
