The COLORSAFE - System
inks and solvents are
enclosed in a covered
area, - means "SAFE"
protected, and canīt
leak uncontrolled.

This system calls also cassett-system
to avoid the inks after short or long breaks,
to dry in the engraving, some solvent is
evaporated additional from an enclosed
reservoir to the covered area above
the printing plate.
Thatīs the reason why the COLORSAFE system is able to be IN LINE on injection
moulding processes even if the processing cycling time is 20 sec. and more.
THE INK DOES NOT DRY IN THE ENGRAVING !
Itīs not necessary to clean up the engraving after
a break, the machine could be started right away!
Using one-part inks, the machine has not to be
cleaned up at the end of the day!

The COLORSAFE system allows an immediate start
up next morning, after the inks have been
freshed up shortly.
on machines working in fast cycling, the ink
and solvent consumption could be
compensated by using the INJECTOR system

The COLORSAFE system uses the well known doctor blades,
therefrom itīs possible to use any kind of plastic plates.
