What clichés are ?
Clichés are used as a printing mask for the
real print format.
Colour is raised on cliché and stays
behind in the etching after the rakel.
Then with the tampon the design can

Which type of clichés are avaiable with us ?!
1. Steel cliché are from hardened precision flat steel with a strength of 10 mms. The full steel cliché is used mainly with bigger printing-series, because the full steel cliché holds up to 4 million printing.

2. A strength of approx. 0.5 mms has 2-nd photo-polymer clichés and exist of steel metal which are coated with photo polymer. These polymer clichés are usable for small series to approx. 20,000 pcs. and make sense, because they are more favourably than the full steel clichés and can be made faster.
Here you have the possibility with a small exposure unity and an PLAST-WASH OUT KIT to produce these clichés with themselves. With it you have a higher flexibility in the production.

3. thin steel stereotypes are similarly thick like the plastic stereotypes, however, are from hardened steel tape, and without polymer. The thin steel clichés can exist up to 200,000 printings.

4. Rotation clichés are used within rotation printing and exist of hardened full steel.
Operational areas are, e.g. bottles caps printing machines (BIG-Wheel).

Should you have at disposal another format than on top, call us briefly and we will find a solution.
