Pad cleaning unit to reduce printing scrap
Adaption-module for COLORSAFE machines, to clean the pad from dust
and remaining ink particles, as well to reach a good printing image using
a self-adhesive tape.
Cleaning intervalls - as well the wind up stroke of the used tape,
could be adjusted to its needs, using the foil keys at the machine front
Automatic swivel motion of the cleaning bridge and pad stroke
to clean the pad on the adhesive tape.
Pad stroke for cleaning stroke is adjustable at the foil keys
The adaption-module can be adapted at any time on existing COLORSAFE
machines.
However, the unit should be returned to our works, as there has to be
done some electronic modifications.
We have 3 different systems :
Single side solution (will be used at small placed machines)
Two side solution (standard)
LSolutions at swivel-head machines

the max. pad height will be reduced about 10 mm

Solution for swivel-head machines
ATTENTION !! if PADclean-systems are used,
the max. pad stroke has to be used, to reach the
tape underneath the ink well.
The max. pad height has to pe issued, i.e.
including height spacers.
