CLEANING AUTOMAT

for doctor-assy, clicheeplate and ink-well

for full automated cleaning of the ink touched parts, which comes up at the
end of production, or plate- and color changes. The parts are located in a
basket and cleaned by a washing liquide which is sprayed under pressure
onto the parts.
A timer switches off the unit after
the presetted time has been reached.

the cleaning unit is used with cold cleaning
agents, without heating elements.
The used cleaning agents are in class A III
(flash point above 55° C), especially good
results are made with UR-liquide.
If used in explosive dangerous rooms, we could deliver a EX-proofed version.
The units are using the spray technique, where a medium pump presses the liquide throughout
a nozzle-system, to spray across the rotating basket.
The parts to be cleaned located in the rotating basket are sprayed from all
sides for optimal cleaning results.
The rotation drive of the basket is made by the spray tubes underneath the basket.
That stays for a nearly wearless and maintenance free system.
The cleaning agent is used until the cleaning efficency is drastically reduced.
The duration of the cleaning process could be adjusted at a time, a safety switch
stops immedately the spray motor, if the machine lid is opened during operation.
